LotusFlower says,"The beautiful costumes, sensuality and artistry of belly dance
is what brought me to the dance. The dance has always been a release for
me and it's a way to express my sensuality, creative side and of course the Goddess
part in a positive way. Also when I'm dancing, I love to see the smile on people's faces.
This brings me happiness where I know that person is enjoying the dance"
LotusFlower says the reasoning behind choosing LotusFlower as her stagename, "I chose this because a lotus flower has three different stages: 1) immersed in water and hasn't blossomed 2) exposed to sunlight and starts blooming 3) fully bloomed or developed. I identify with this because before I started Bellydance I wasn't confident about expressing myself and now the dance has helped me to grow outside of that shell."
